ABOUT THE OWNER
With 20 years of experience in education, I find purpose in my work when a student's outlook shifts from "This is too hard" to "I can do this." Each day in education presents new opportunities. I hold a Master's degree in Reading, am a Certified Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist, and have an Ed. Specialist degree in Administration. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, baking, spending time at the lake, and cherishing moments with my family and friends. Fourteen years ago, I recognized a need for in-home tutoring services in the Sioux Falls area, which inspired me to launch Bright Zone: In-Home Tutoring, LLC. We are dedicated to helping your child thrive, and if we decide our services do not meet your needs, I will happily refer you to another service that aligns more closely with your child's needs.
